1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Serenity Spa (argonarbooking.co), operated by Argonar Software OPC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Services

Serenity Spa is an online booking platform that connects customers with salon and spa service providers in Cebu, Philippines. We facilitate bookings and process payments on behalf of service operators. We are not the direct provider of the services listed on our platform.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to manage bookings and wishlists. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Guest checkout is available — an account is not required to make a booking.

4. Bookings & Payments

When you complete a booking, you agree to pay the total amount displayed. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your unique reference code.

5. Flexible Scheduling

Weather-dependent services (such as paragliding) include flexible scheduling. If conditions are not suitable on your preferred date, your ticket remains valid for 6 months and can be used on any available day at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a service is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered an alternative date at no additional charge. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Health & Safety

Participants must meet the minimum health and fitness requirements for each service. You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions. Service operators reserve the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

8. Liability

Salon and spa services carry inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to sign any required liability waivers on-site. Serenity Spa and Argonar Software OPC shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in services booked through our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on argonarbooking.co, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Argonar Software OPC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
