Ticket Validity
All tickets purchased through Serenity Spa are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, you can visit on any available day — your booking is not locked to a single date.
Flexible Scheduling
Weather-dependent services (such as paragliding) operate on a flexible schedule. If conditions are not suitable on your preferred date:
- Your ticket remains fully valid
- You may visit on any other day within your 6-month validity period
- No rebooking fees or additional charges apply
- Contact us before visiting to confirm weather conditions
No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
- Late arrival or no-show on the scheduled date
- Early departure from the service
- Medical conditions not disclosed at time of booking
- Expired tickets (beyond the 6-month validity)
Operator Cancellations
If a service is cancelled by the operator due to safety concerns (severe weather, equipment issues, or other force majeure events), you will be offered:
- A rescheduled date at no additional charge, or
- A voucher for the full amount, valid for 12 months
This is the only circumstance under which rescheduling or credit is issued.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was processed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
