Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once you receive a confirmation email with your reference code, your booking is secured. Please save your reference code for future correspondence.
No Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We strongly recommend that you are certain of your travel dates and availability before making a reservation.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
- Late arrival or no-show on the scheduled date
- Early departure from the service
- Medical conditions not disclosed at time of booking
Weather Conditions
Salon and spa services are subject to weather conditions. In the event that a service is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date at no additional charge. This is the only circumstance under which rescheduling is permitted.
Health & Safety
Participants must be in good physical health and meet the minimum requirements for each service. You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. The service operator reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.
Liability Waiver
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that salon and spa services carry inherent risks. You agree to sign any required liability waivers on-site before participating. Serenity Spa and its partner vendors shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in any service.
